Refund Policy
At Hand & Oaks, we take great pride in the craftsmanship of our products and want you to be delighted with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied, we’re here to assist.

Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of receipt for eligible items. To qualify, items must be in their original condition—unused, with tags, and in the original packaging. Custom or personalized orders are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective.

To initiate a return, please contact us at drsheridan@shaw.ca, and we will guide you through the process. Returns should be sent to the following address: [INSERT RETURN ADDRESS]. Items sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your purchase upon arrival and contact us immediately if you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item. We will resolve the issue promptly.

Exceptions
Due to the bespoke nature of our handcrafted products, custom or personalized items cannot be returned unless they are defective. Sale items and gift cards are also non-returnable.

Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item, we recommend initiating a return and placing a new order once your return is approved.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval. Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days to your original payment method. If you have not received your refund after 15 business days, please contact us at drsheridan@shaw.ca.

European Union Customers
If your purchase is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
